From the Director:

The end of our season is already here!  Let’s go out with a bang!!  We’ve had various parts of our show come together over the past weeks and months, for our final performance let’s have ALL of the parts come together at once!  We have quite a few bands in our category, so put on your game face.

 

Practices this Week:

Tuesday                               2:15-4:15

Wednesday                        2:15-4:15            (record for CD)

Thursday                            4:30-6:30

 

Fees:

All fees should have been paid!!  Please get them in!  Soon you will begin making deposits for your spring band trip.  If fees have not yet been paid, money will first go towards your fee and not your trip.

 FYI:           Wind suit and shorts - $65.00

Shoes – Band $25.00, Guard $30.00

Gloves - Band $5.00, Guard $10.00

Percussion - $35.00

Reminder of the Virginia Diner Peanut Sale: Delivery to the school will be THIS WEEK!!

PAST DUE:  FRUIT!!!  Sell!!!!!!  The Disney trip (yeah… I said it) will be about $550.  Take advantage of this opportunity to help to offset your costs!!  A $150 deposit will be due in November… more information to follow.

 

Performances for week:

 

We will be in full uniform for the competition.  BLACK SOCKS, BLACK MARCHING SHOES, new shorts and season T-shirts should be worn under uniforms and you should have your windsuits to wear in the stands watching all the other bands. 

 

 

November 1       1:00 PM               Report to WHS

4:00 PM              Perform at Darling Stadium

10:45 PM            Return to WHS, leave for home stops
